The staff is very accomodating and helpful. The room has a view of the famous manila sunset and very cozy. The room is clean and modern. It has its own parking and I like that it is close to restaurants and spa

The location is at red light district.

Excellent location. Lots of cafe and restaurants within the vicinity. The host Ms. Mellanie was very accommodating, easy to reach and easy to talk to. She will go the extra mile.

You have to pay to use the pool and parking space.

Great apartment. Very modern. It has all the commodities you usually don’t have in Philippines. Bed is really comfortable and great bathroom as well. It’s on a nice location but 20-30 minutes away from Intramuros (the center of the city)

"Overall, good stay, but the views were great"

The balcony and view made our stay great. The bathroom was a little "old" and could use renovation, but overall, the place was good. Would stay there again.

"Good for a short layover stay, we were only there for 8hrs but Mel and the team were really caring and made it much easi"

The property was perfect for a great view of the ocean and Birdseye view of part of Manila. The apartment was all we needed and with extras in the fridge should we need them. Mel was a big plus for us, she was very attentive right from pick up at the airport.

The location was in the middle of Korea town with a lot of restaurants but also some bars that were not really for us, it was interesting to walk around.
