Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the property does not have a reception. Payment may be requested by a secure online link. After booking, the property will contact guests with the link and time frame of making the payment or process payment via card details provided to Booking.com. The property will contact guests with an online contract which must be completed with photo identification. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. For bookings over 7 nights, linen and towels are changed once a week. "Superb"

It was a fantastic apartment, clean and modern and very well equipped. There was plenty of bedding, towels and kitchen equipment. There was also WiFi, a fan and a smart TV.

Needed some coat hooks! And some mugs, rather than just the large coffee cups (Although we do drink a lot of tea!) The bike racks weren't secured and we had to chain the children's bikes up elsewhere.

"Nice place but check in was a headache"

It was very spacious and clean. Nice to have a washer on-site and two bathrooms for the family!

The check in process was terrible. It took about an hour after getting the place for them to process all the check in paperwork, each part had to be done separately then you’d have to wait 15 minutes until you could do the next one since they were processing it. Once we arrived we were given instructions to the wrong check in box and told the wrong flat number. I had to call booking.com for support

"Perfect place for business travel; you can use it like an office away from home."

Perfect working space as well as a comfortable place to sleep - the kitchen, table and television setup were perfect for our business needs. Loved the cosy touches like the super-soft blanket on the sofa to curl up with on the evenings. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, I think it was great, so there wasn't much I'd change at all. A shower fitting instead of just a bath would've been great (but I know you're working on that), and the toilet seat slipped to one side a few times, but these are minor things.

Place was quiet and clean

Having to wait 2 hrs outside the apartment for a response after we contacted the contact number when we could not get keys out of key box.

"the apartment was extremely dirty and the mattress was in a poor state."

During check-in, we faced an issue and tried contacting the given phone number both through a call and WhatsApp message. Unfortunately, we waited for over 30 minutes without getting any response, which left us frustrated as we were unsure what to do while waiting in the car park. Moreover, the apartment was extremely dirty and the mattress was in a poor state. I am still waiting for the manager to review my complaint.

Being at the front the road is quite noisy but it's to be expected if you stay near a road, everything else was perfect

Everything about this property was great. Proper home from home, very clean, couldn't ask for any more

Being picky, could do with a toilet brush and shower/bath mat. Honesty couldn't fault anything important
