This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. "It was alright."

the place was clean and warm. had plenty of parking space

Couldn't locate the key box for the first 15 minutes as it was dark and had to look around. the instructions were a bit confusing for a person who is visiting for the first time. Secondly in order to get hold of someone to help we could only message and wait for the reply which was a bit annoying. there should be a number to call if in emergency. Thirdly, the Wi-Fi password was only given when I asked for it. it should be made available either before entering the property or maybe written and left on the table somewhere easy to see. lastly, I kept on getting calls from the company while i was driving home on the motorway which was very dangerous as I had to stop on a side and answer their call only to confirm the timing when we left the property. this could have easily be done before checkout time.
