i find it very difficult for registration. must go through guard and must wait about half an hour to complete everything. no clear instruction for registration before arrival eventhough i asked for many times through msg at booking and whatsapp. i get the reply after i arrived at guard. thats why it takes times to settle.

i have to wait almost half an hour at security guard before i can get the details of registration.

Need to collect the key from letter box. Security guard didn't allow to park the car for collecting the key. Need to explain to him the situation. It would have better if the host assigned some one to hand over the key and guide where to park the car and how to access the lift to the unit

There is no water heater in both bathrooms. This nowhere mentioned in the add at booking.com
