I reserved and when I reached location they are says that no room available Already I got the confirmation number also

There is nothing to be like about this property .

I booked this property ,when I on the way to reach property .host update me that this property is not available ,another person is staying already there ,host want to transfer me in different apartment which is in different place .when i reached another property many things are lack and not up to the mark ,Even bed sheet is dirty .
