Convenient, easy to check in, accommodating staff

Prior to arriving at the property, I was asked multiple times by multiple people to submit my ID, even after I submitted it. I almost cancelled my reservation because I thought I was scammed. There was no notification that the latest check in was 11pm and check in online was not working. We arrived before 11 pm and waited in the lobby for a long time. We received multiple notifications that we should pay for the late check in. I replied that we waited in the lobby for a long time waiting for the key that we should not pay. There was no coordination with staff.

In the previous box, it’s actually what I do not like; no coordination of staff that I was asked multiple times by multiple people to submit my ID even after submitting it multiple times.

The location is superb.

It’s not as clean as I expected it to be, short time internet connection then throughout our stay none at all. Facilities like pool need to pay extra plus charge for the person assisting us. I find it complicated.

The pool access we had to purchase extra only allowed us in the little pool, not the big nice pool as per the photos on their listing, not worth the money. See photo

The property manager is very attentive and easy to talk to. Its a pleasant stay with the family.
