The property is near the mall, very accessible to various establishments. You can buy coffee at the coffee shop near Tower 1, there's Alfamart in Tower 5 for your personal needs, not to mention SM North EDSA is in the vicinity. Also, the room itself is spacious and cozy, and everything perfectly works. I was able to cook, put stuff in the fridge, the bathroom was really nice and clean. I sang all day with YouTube in the TV haha! The living area is nice. I slept comfortably in the room, and it has a NICE CITY VIEW in the balcony. This is not 10/10... this is 100/100!

great location and involved hosts. good communication for keys collection and giving visitors form

Pans were not suitable for the induction plate present, wifi was no longer functioning at the end of my stay

I like the area/location of grass residences tower 2. Easy access, walking distance, near to the church, lots of stores to choose and street foods is available. The unit is very clean, good amenities, you will not be home sick because it feels like home. I highly recommend 👌 ☺️ 👍 👏🏻 to everyone.
