The lift wasn’t working I had to use the stairs up to 12th floor & I think they must have a stove for us to cook for our selfs other than that everything else is there.

The bathroom didn't have a window. The water is leaking we have to mop now and then. The security guards would always ask us for money.

The security guard was fantastic and welcomed us. They made us feel at ease.

Firstly, the apartment was flooded we had to mop almost every hour which was inconvenient. The geyser and bathroom taps and ceiling was leaking. The wall in the bathroom is rotten and keeps leaking. The passage is also leaking.

I liked the fact that the apartment was clean and neat.

I did not like that the linen and towels were not changed in all the days of my stay. There were no hotel staff to direct or notify us on the process of what should be done concerning the waste bins and the simple things that should have our stay alot better.

The only thing I can say the lady who cleans she really do her work ...the stuff are friendly ... their kitchen and bathroom looks nice 💯

Yoo the area it self it's smelling urine , the shower was dripping, the geyser was leaking too, the bath was blocked it takes 30 minutes for water to go in side drain 🙄🙄🙄we were given two small towels,one we used it to block water not coming out from the kitchen since the geyser and shower was dripping/leaking 😳😳🙄🙄and the is no Tv
