Delux Home City Center - Szeged

The apartment was good and had everything we needed for a short stay. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the city center, which made it very convenient to explore Szeged. A comfortable and practical choice for anyone visiting the area.

Nicely decorated, loooks good on pictures. Ok place too spend a night or two. Very charming and friendly neighbour dog. Air condition was actualy was being turned on when we entered. Parking is actualy in courtyard.

Looking good on pictures but reality is a bit different. Shower is half broken. Bed is located in far too small of a room for it, so one side is completely against a wall. No curtains on windows but there are rolletes which you need too close if you want privacy, but then you loose all natural light. No ventilator installed in bathroom. Useless and dirty matress on half floor which is accesed by stairs. Tv remote controll aint working, Coffee machine also not working properly. Furniture in general is old, and bathroom drawers were full of someones hair. Everything seemed low quality and fragile. Modern electric boiler is awesome but it is installed in a shower with an electric plug in a shower as well, not very safe! We were instructed too park in front of building at first, and only later we learned from owner we can park in courtyard, not realy a negative, but why not say so right away! Also check out time stated on Booking is 11:00,in instructions we were told too check out at 10:30, not a big deal but its a principle of owners business.

Nevím proč, ale nedostal jsem informaci o možnosti parkování ve dvoře. Hostitel uvedl, že je možné parkovat na ulici, ta ale byla v placené zóně. Teprve, když jsem si přečetl recenze, zjistil jsem, že druhý klíč je k vjezdu na dvůr, kde bylo možné parkovat. Zbytečná chyba hostitele. Ve druhé ložnici sice byla klimatizace, ale chyběl ovladač.

Looks pretty and stylish, for its money - wonderful place

Heater a bit loud in the bedroom, communication with stuff was not too clear and easygoing, but nothing critical

Superb location, close to amenities, tram stop is less than a minute away. The interior design is an absolute marvel!

The property is located in a quiet area, but the high tech heating system was sadly too loud. Sleeping in the gallery gets too hot from the air conditioning , although it is serving the spacious apartment effectively. I was staying there in late November.

They didn’t even full the liquid soap 🧼 for washing my hand in toilet!!! Cleaning the house is the hotel responsibility after left the house they wrote me very rude pm ,I was in hurry and I had to left so early Even their coffee machine wasn’t working And beds wasn’t clean I saw hair on it It was uwful expensive to be honest

The apartment was comfortable and very nice, it was very close to the city center
