Fabulous room, very spacious with Molton Brown toiletries.. Great Spa facilities, very relaxing. The whole property is beautiful, very comfortable and luxurious. and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection.

Food in Orangery was disappointing

The room was fantastic and met all expectations of a venue like this The breakfast at the 3AA Rosette Orangery Restaurant was fantastic, as expected, and the service was equally excellent. In the evening there is also a Cocktail Bar open to guests even if they are not dining at the restaurant. The Clubhouse Restaurant we ate at for Dinner was also very nice with great menu options. The SPA facilities were absolutely fantastic.

Not a great deal of drinks/refreshments were available in the mini-fridge & coffee machine was not set up when we arrived. Some of the lighting controls in our room appeared to be out-of-order. Very small disappointments overall and certainly didn't detract from the enjoyment of our trip.

good communication with staff. Loved the views from room (18). The food was first class The room was warm and comfortable and quiet.

Room 18, the toilet seat was loose, there was no toilet brush (did not want to leave an embarrassing mess). The drinks cabinet was not clean. The wooden surround had chips taken out of the edges . The glass cover on the make-up area was marked and dirty. The door going out of the hotel reception area to the clubhouse when opening jammed causing a near miss to my head from being struck although a staff member did say it was down to be repaired.

The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They literally tend to your every need. The spa is unreal. I enjoy it so much, I stayed 4 times in 2 months!

Some of the room features are a little worn. I stayed in one of the lodge buildings and small features like the paint on the toilet button was worn and peeling off. It was also very dark in there for getting ready for dinner. However, it was comfortable and clean.
