I didn’t know how to put the heating on

Well…I made a big mistake and shorted the breaker. Was able to reach out to resolve very easily on my own just by knowing where to look. THEN I forgot a bag in my room and called yet again. I was able to meet housekeeping and retrieve the bag within a short time period. They were very good to help me through these two mistakes.

I like walking stairs, but if you don’t, you would have to know there is a small elevator you can use, but it does require taking stairs to get to the street from the train station

Location is amazing. Very close to the train station and all the main areas. Very neat clean and comfortable place. Good enough for 3 adults. Host is helpful.

Compact, clean, well equipped and well located for easy access to the centre of the city.

The location was excellent- minutes walk to the station and a supermarket nearby.

We had a very long flight and would have appreciated at least two servings of tea and coffee and a small milk. Such a small touch would have been lovely especially as the unit is equipped with coffee filters for the coffee pot and there was ample sugar. And more than one toilet roll would be good.
