"Opulent looking apartment"

Staff were really responsive to any and all queries we had. The apartment was airy and spacious, good to be able to open the windows during our stay too. The carpet was lovely to walk on, and bed was very comfortable. The pictures are very accurate, this was a rather opulent looking apartment for our stay. Getting the keys was a really easy process with Google maps to help!

The door lock to get out of the apartment was really stiff at times - staff are now aware of this. Could have done with a tea towel in the kitchen as there is no draining board.

Great location, everything accessible on foot. Comfortable studio.

Nothing really it was all as expected, we couldn’t check in before 4 but were advised of the lockers at the main station so used those and did some sightseeing before we could check in so no time was wasted at all

"Amazing apartment at a very central location!"

The pictures of the accomodation that were shown on Booking are exactly the same, the apartment looks exactly the same, so that was very nice! The decoration of the apartment is great, it gives a very homely vibe, I could have stayed much longer! The location is also very good, just a few minutes walk to central station. The neighborhood felt very safe.

The only thing I could think of, is that I got quite some e-mails where I had to fill out a lot of details, even creditcard information. I didn't fill out those information, because I already gave them via booking, and in the end to pick up the keys they also didn't ask for that information, so I would suggest to the host to not send those e-mails with asking those information, as obviously it isn't really necessary.
