KOMODO La Spezia & Cinque Terre

Roomy two-bedroom apartment. Beds were decent, although low to the floor. Very colorful and decorated in an exotic manner. Felt fun and homey. Easy to check in/out. Great wifi. I would stay there again, only in cooler months.

A little too far for walking to/from the train station with luggage. Only one bathroom and no air conditioning, although I knew that when I booked the property. I went during the summer and the nights were hot! Would have been nice to have some portable fans in the rooms since there isn't any air conditioning.

This apartment was ideal for a short stay & was close to the station so perfect for visiting Cinque Terre Compared to others in this part of Italy it offered good value. It’s is quite spacious, colourful and has everything one needs. Host was very helpful and we appreciated being able to leave our bags for a few hours after checkout before catching our train.

The bathroom is in need of redecoration especially around the shower. Only enough lounge seating for 2 people - others need to sit on chairs from kitchen

Perfect location, close to train for Cinque terre. Having 3 bedrooms was great for our group of 5.

It was cold and humid, the heat system was not working. The bathroom is very narrow, not very user friendly. Not much to do in the close neighbourhood.

Excellent location and very roomy.

Living room not furnished with anything other than a very small futon and chair. For a group of 5 adults, we could not enjoy gathering in that room as there was nowhere for all of us to sit. Spent our together time around kitchen table.

Host was perfect :) Perfect location, close to main railway station. Apartment equipped in most needed stuff. 3 separate bedrooms, living room, balcony, kitchen.

Too many refreshments creates not nice smell, bathroom could be renovated as well as kitchen. Wine opener was missing so we had to improvise a little.

Cool vibe. Clean. Owner had good communication.

The location. It was nice to be near the train station but the neighborhood was not what I expected. I was under the impression that there were many nice restaurants & shops close by but they are located at the opposite end of Corso Cavier. Very poor WiFi.

Lovely apartment. Just as described. Easy to access. Reasonable location. Worked great for 5 adults. Roberto left some coffee pods for when we first arrived. A nice touch.

It was a charming location, remarkably serene despite being only a short stroll from the train station. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
