KOMODO La Spezia & Cinque Terre

The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the eclectic style of the apartment. So Colourful and full of fun. It was great having not just one balcony but 2. Washing machine a bonus. Location is a great base to explore the Cinque Terre. La Spezia itself is a lovely town which may be overlooked by the 5 famous towns.

Nothing really. Bathroom perhaps a little awkward being such a narrow room and ironing board not very functional - but these things not deal breakers

Very nice location - it is located at a dead-end of a road, so it is very quiet surrounding, short connection to the station and the inner city, we felt very comfortable at this place. The rooms are very tidy, the interior ist quite colorful and offers a nice feeling. Thx to the owner Roberto, this was a very pleasant place for our vacation. "Bellissimo" :-)

Group of 5 stayed on Aug 8 for 2 nights. The property was the same as shown in the photos. Host was very responsive during our stay. Spacious apartment close to La Spezia station (8 min flat walk)

Difficult to open the door to the point where you have to turn it hard it feels like its about to break. No aircon, windows allowed nice breeze to come in at night but you can hear people and dogs on the street and train station despite being located in a backstreet. Located on level 4 with stair only access. Small and narrow bathroom. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable

In a densely populated area, street and neighbor noise at night.

Roberto, our host was extremely helpful, he offered guidence starting from the local taxi number to the opening hours of the nearby supermarkets, and tips what to see in the neighbourhood. We had the feeling that we have a local friend to whom we can turn to if we have a problem. The appartment is very spacious, 3 large bedrooms and a living room + fully equiped kitchen. The train station is in walking distance, and it is located in Corso Cavour, practically one of the main streets of La Spezia. The old town, the port, shops and supermarkets are in walking distance.

The bathroom is very narrow, comparing to the rest of the appartment it is a little bit inconvenient to use. For 5 girl, an extra mirror in the house would have been nice :)

The apartment is very spacious for five guests however several pieces of furniture including the bed and sofa were broken

We chose this apartment because it said it was 200m from the train station, and I was traveling with my parents (ages 71 and 77) who have mobility issues. We were disappointed that the apartment is a lot further than the ad said. The beds were uncomfortable, one of them had broken slats in the bed frame underneath the mattress, so we had to move the mattress onto the floor because the bed itself wasn’t functional.

The apartment has a lot of room, clean and very comfortable!

Lots of space, big kitchen, great location... we booked very short notice (which also worked out well) and Roberto was super kind!! No complaints from our side. We'd be happy to be back :)
