Luxury 2 BED Entire Apartment-Near Tube & Shopping centre

Very well kept, stylish. The beds were really comfortable and the owner was lovely.

They only made up one bed even though we requested both, and there were no towels. The owner had to come out.

Lots of space for only 3 people, no more! Tesco and train station only 4 minute walk away. Lots of shopping on your doorstep, including a Marks and Spencer. Facilities within the unit were all useful and appreciated.

**GOT A PARKING TICKET DUE TO OWNER'S NEGLIGENCE** The owner should have provided a parking permit to place on my car during my stay. HE DID NOT. After I got the parking ticket, he arranged one that day. I told him to contact the company and ensure the ticket was cancelled as I had a hire car. He assured me that it was cancelled... twice. Guess What? I'm home now, and received a 125GBP collection agency notice and a 42gbp fee from the hire car company. I've tried to communicate with the owner both on this website and whatsapp and he has ghosted me. VERY TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL PROPERTY OWNER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. Also, there was no air conditioning during a heat wave in UK. There was only one fan provided which wasn't very strong and considering we were using two bedrooms, it just wasn't enough. The windows only opened slightly and we were boiling hot, couldn't sleep and uncomfortable. When we arrived the flat was very dirty. Food left in fridge. This wasn't the owner's fault, and we did liaise about it. He apologised profusely as he uses an external company and was shocked to hear this. Nighttime in Harrow can be 'interesting'. Staying there over a weekend, be prepared for loud music from the pub across the road. Also, one week night we had a street brawl out the front of the set of units. I would not recommend this property for a stay in London.

Good location, easy to access everything we needed.

There wasn't an information book on where to find things like the bins, there wasn't any cups the pillows and quilt were really not the best quality. it was functional

The flat was clean and spacious.

Despite booking this flat for 3 adults and a child (16) there were only a double and a single bed made up. There was no additional bedding for us to make up the sofa bed so we had to just use a blanket out of the wardrobe. The bar next door had very loud music playing well after midnight and one of our party ended up going down to see what was going on, after this the music was turned off. We had informed the owner that we would arrive a 2pm and were told that there would be someone there to help but we had to telephone on arrival and were told we would need to wait 15 minute. The owner was there in 10 minutes and let us in. The dying rat in the car park was unpleasant.

The beds was comfortable, the shower and bathroom facilities was very good. Very clean.

We was of 4 people 2 of which was a married couple the other 2 was our son and his aunt, so we needed the sofa bed making up for our son but no bedding was supplied even though we requested it on booking. The bar opposite the property still plays music until 2am on a Sunday, so couldn't get to sleep until 3am until the people decided to go.

Excellent location, close to the tube and local amenities.

The property would benefit from having another fan. It was exceptionally hot inside the property due to the time of year. One fan was provided but another would have been helpful for the other bedroom.

I booked 10 days ago before travelling. I paid by booking.com that time not been mentioned deposit but on the day of arriving I had phone call and asked by property owner £250 deposit because I have children. After long conversation properly owner didn’t take deposit. Please try to avoid book

it is very close to the street. It was very noise till 2am.
