One Palm Tree Villas short walk via Runway Manila NAIA T3

Soooo handy to airport. Very well run. 24 hour staff. No restaurant but surrounded by them and more. Very economical.

The location is great if you want to be in walking distance from Terminal 3. Good, silent AC. The balcony is great for drying the hand wash. Nicely decorated and cozy.

The bed is way too soft and wobbly. If you open the curtains the neighbors can look straight into the apartment. Lots of street noise. The lights are too dim.

Good directions provided to get there walking from the airport, although it’s a bit hard with awkward bags. Someone to meet us and let us in. Good location for going out to get food. Everything quite basic but worked as expected- perfect for a 1 night stay.

I appreciated the early check in at 12:00 instead of 3 p.m. The apartment has a comfortable, cozy feel. The silent AC was good. The balcony is good enough to dry the hand wash. The whole complex is well designed and in the dark it looks actually welcoming. The vicinity is surprisingly nice with shops, laundry , pharmacy and street food. It feels like a real , living neighbourhood. The location is perfect if you want to be close to terminal 3. It's less than a 10 minute walk.

90 % of the beds in the Philippines are good with solid, firm foam mattresses. I was very disappointed to find a wobbly spring mattress at this otherwise really comfortable apartment. The lighting could be better with stronger lights. The apartment is facing other apartments so if you withdraw the curtain people can look straight into your bedroom. The street noise is pretty bad. Sound isolation would be good.

Location was great, walking distance to T3. Close to a supermarket and malls. They were able to accommodate or request for an early check in. Check in was easy and without trouble. Instructions given were easy to follow. Wifi strong and reliable

Pictures looked a bit nicer/ newer than in reality. We had some miscommunication about check out. The 2nd morning someone knocked on the door ( a day early). After messaging about check out, the communication suddenly stopped. Didn't like that we had to take out the trash.

Perfect near in the airport.

It was so close to the airport..hassle free transfer. Quiet, secure and staffed by friendly people. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely be using this property again in the future.
