One Palm Tree Villas short walk via Runway Manila NAIA T3

Perfect location really close to T3. Plenty of places where to eat. Easy check in and check out, clean bedroom.

Obviously you need some good earplugs to sleep well.

Walking distance to terminal 3, friendly staff, close to good choice of restaurants, perfect for a lay over in Manila!

nothing - pool was closed for renovation not the hosts fault but good to know.

Quite convenient location 20m walk form Terminal 3 of NAIA airport. Located in a relatively new street, where there are many places to eat such as McDonalds, Popeye's, Starbucks, many other restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy,

The room was spacious but a bit "cold", as there was hardly any decoration. The sound isolation could have been better, but it was alright. Communication with owner could be better.

Very clean, including the toilet! Body wash, shampoo, and slippers are provided. The room's so spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. WiFi is fast. I was able to work from home. The location is close to Runway Manila, Watsons, food establishments, and a church.

It would have been nice to have a sofa bed. There were only two of us, but I feel we would have been more comfortable if we slept on separate beds.
