The caretaker, staff, and guards were pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and had functional facilities. Walking distance to lots of food places, convenience stores, and the airport (NAIA 3) through Runway Manila.

The place was close to busy streets and therefore had loud noises from outside. You can also hear noises from the hallway and other nearby rooms. The smoke detector was malfunctioning and buzzing a few times at night, but everything else was good.

feels like home, the Netflix keeps me relaxed all day , 😊walking distance from NAIA Terminal 3, easy to locate,lots of stores and restaurants around the area, safe location.
