Studio 40 cosy compact space in quiet location in Seaford

The location was perfect for our needs. Studio 40 was very comfortable. There were plentiful croissants, jams etc and tea and coffee available for breakfast.

In the kitchenette area we would have liked a sink to wash up cups and dishes that we used but we were only there for one night!

Squeaky-clean, located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable with basic amenities (coffee machine, fridge, glassware and dishware, microwave oven). Would definitely return in my next visit to Seaford.

It was perfect for an overnight stay. We were going to a concert in Seaford. It was warm and the bed was comfy. Everything was small but high spec and very ingenious in its amenities and layout. No problems with heating and a lovely shower with large square shower head. There is a small fridge and microwave in the kitchen / lobby No plus thoughtful extras such as croissants and jam ! Key is in a key lock so we never felt we might be intruding. Just a studio so no separate sitting area, but 2 chairs . We had breakfast in the tiny kitchen area with the sunlight coming in .

We were going out in the evening so the small space didn't bother us, but not good for evenings in as only able to watch TV from bed

This lovely studio exceeded my expectations. From a welcoming little kitchenette as you walk in to a great heated bedroom with a modern TV and cute bed lamps for a cosy atmosphere, it's been amazing! Thank you!
