Very easy to find, parking great (we had LWB Sprinter full of stuff for hols cottage in France) perfect distance from Ferry, really well equipped, spotlessly clean, warm, cosy, quiet location, handy for local shop, takeaway, retail if required. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Would have been 11 out of 10 if there was room for a sofa as well as bed perhaps a large sofa bed instead of a bed might be the answer but certainly not essential.

A beautiful studio in a very peaceful area that was perfect for our short stay in Seaford. Nice and easy to get to the station to allow us to travel to Falmer to watch the rugby. Will be back.

"Perfect for Newhaven."

Set in a quiet residential area. Spotlessly clean and well equipped for our overnight stay. Very well situated for the Newhaven ferry and much more peaceful than the likes of a Premier Inn. Better tea and coffee too!

Nothing. Just be aware the description of the property is perfectly accurate. It’s compact and cosy.

Although small and cosy this was such a well equipped apartment. The hosts had thought of everything you would need and it exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent for both Newhaven Ferry Port and the town centre of Seaford, a 15 minute walk away for a meal in the evening.
