Studio 40 cosy compact space in quiet location in Seaford

Clean & tidy

A kitchen sink of any size would have been good, although not really sufficient room, so the only sink was in the bathroom.

Not much clothes space

The place was so clean and new looking, lots of additional extras coffee pods tea and coffee snacks for breakfast and all the mod cons you need like hairdryer iron and board. Plus they left clean towels with instructions on how to use everything available including the sky tv. The host was available to message if I needed anything including clean towels throughout my stay.

It would have been better to have a small mirror to be able to sit and do makeup but not something that was a problem as the bathroom had a lit mirror.

Very cosy, well equipped with attention to detail, comfortable bed. Tea, Coffee with milk and sugar and croissants were waiting for us when we arrived. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely!
