The Place by Sasco

Good sized rooms and big apartment to accommodate booking party. Apartmwnt was clean and was in a good location for our desired needs. Parking available.

Numerous faults recorded. (Didnt impact stay as we were out of apartment a lot but facilties did not meet description on website. Dining table not fitted to legs (damaged) so difficult to move to accommodate 2x sofa beds. (As advertised available to use) Tv not working as aerial port loose from wall No Wifi (advertised as fibre) Cooker hood did not work. No toilet roll (advertised as included) Damaged door stoppers These are minor issues but when we were required to pay a £200 refundable deposit to protect against damages, this raises concerns towards my deposit, even though the issues were already recorded upon arrival.

We have stayed here before and booked again as the beds are really comfy

Location to pleasure beach

Paid a significant amount for one night and the cleaning was not up to standard with dust and hairs everywhere, place not fully cleaned and dirty dishes

The location

The place was not very clean. Dust everywhere and a shower that was so complicated to use. The place looked so run down. The sofa bed very uncomfortable.

Location was good but accommodation is would not stay here again

I absolutely loved the location and the rooms, the bath was nice aswell,

The couch beds weren't too comfy, lots of noise through livingroom window at night as there's no seal on it, room was pricey and people living in the building from social, a months rent would be cheaper, but I did enjoy my stay and everyone we seen was pleasant and kind, id 100% stay here again if it was cheaper also did recommend the place to a few friends back home in Scotland too. Any staff I spoke to was very kind and very very helpfull
