Wheatlands Lodge-Windermere - Award Winning - Adult Only - Free Car Park

We had a fabulous stay at Wheatlands Lodge Windermere, located 9 minutes walk from the train station, tucked away in a quiet lane and just five minutes walk from great restaurants, it couldn’t have been better located to explore the Lake District. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, our room was furnished to a high standard and the property is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the cooked breakfast which set us up well each day and was good value. We wish we could have stayed longer.

There is nothing not to like, we highly recommend staying here.

Extremely cozy and comfortable beds

Only a tad small but its enough room

部屋は整理整頓されていた。

1.持参したアダプターが使用できず、携帯も充電できずに困っていた時、アダプターはないという一言だけで、何のサポートもなかった。 2.タオル交換をお願いしたが、不愉快な態度を取られた。 3.3日間の滞在中、部屋の掃除はされなかった。 4.宿泊日の5日前に朝食代を含めた全額を支払っているにも関わらず、朝食の希望の時間は否定されて、一方的に時間を指定されたために、出発の朝、十分に朝食をとる事ができなかった。 5.出発時に風雨が強く、足の調子も悪かったため、タクシーをお願いしたが、伝えられたのはタクシーの会社名だけで、番号も分からないという対応だった。 滞在中、困っている時に何のサポートもなく、ゲストに対する配慮が全く感じられなかった。

Beautiful room, Incredibly comfortable bed, Extremely clean, No issues whatsoever.

Was lovely and we had no problems or issues whatsoever, however wouldn’t recommend to anyone who struggles with stairs (this was no issue for us but if you have issues with mobility it wouldn’t be the best option)

地理位置优异，各种设备齐全，早餐预定的话可以提供，味道还不错

好像没啥可以改进的，除了房间小点其它都还不错
