"Lovely homely stay!"

Lovely hosts and a very homely feel! Our room was made nicely each day and the free parking is a bonus. Great location in central Windmere and easy to travel to the other villages (We went to Bowness on Windmere, Grasmere, Ambleside, Keswick, Buttermere and to the Catbells hike) which are all within an easy reach by car.

Great location, spotlessly clean, staff were superb. Couldn’t have stayed at a better location for our first ever trip to the Lake District. Will definitely be coming back

"Fabulous hosts, beautiful accommodation - couldn’t have asked for more"

Breakfast was fabulous! The dining area was lovely, and our hosts were wonderful. The location was great - in the heart of Windermere close to a range of restaurants, and a 15 mins walk to Bowness-on-Windermere and the lake.

"Break away to windermere"

It was stunningly beautiful with amazing Aroma s when you walked in and in the bedroom x .the couple were so lovely and spoke to us every time they saw us x

Absolutely nothing it was one off the best hotels we have stayed in .
