Good location

The apt is not cleaned well The bedding was old and the covers were dirty. Looked like they were not washed for a while The furniture was old, the sofa leather pealing The bathrooms had black mold in the shower, the shower holder in one is broken. The mirror was rusty. They did not even have basic handsoap in the apt. Overall the apt is not in great shape - needs maintenance and up keep.
