1. Location was superb. apart from the train station everything was in easy walking distance. 2. Lots of great eating options in any direction within 5-10 min walk. 3. Very large comfortable apartment. 4. Excellent heating 5. Excellent Kitchen you could actually self cater. 6. Very clean. 7. Great bathrooms and water pressure 8. Great washing Machine 9. Really could not fault the apartment at all. 10. Supermarket 3 mins walk away.

The only complaint is have was the checkin and I think that it may partly have been a technical glich with the Vikey service. The host only converse in Italian (which is fine we were in Italy) hence had to go back an forwards with google translate. The checkin is done online via a service called Vicky. The front door is opened by your phone with a link and there is a lock box at the door of the actual apartment. The key is attached to the box, which makes opening the door awkward but you wont loose the key. You will need a phone with data on it for it all to work. The door WILL NOT open till the allotted chicken time 3pm. You get an email and booking.com message at 3pm with all the details about the apartment. These were perfect and told you everything you needed to know. My suggestion TO THE OWNER is all this should be sent the day before and stimulate that the front door will not let you in till 3pm. We got there early ( not the owners fault) but we didn't even know if it was the right building. There is no signage outside and it took a lot of back an forth to work that out. Then we went around the corner and got lunch. having all the details would have saved a lot of stress. Maybe the message we got the day before was meant to have all those details in it and there was some technical issue anyway great place just sort out the checkin issues.

I liked the location. It is in the historic city centre of Verona . It is near most of the sightseeing places in Verona, just few steps to the Julietta House. The appartement has got a beautiful and cosy design.

There are some electricity problems in the appartement especially if you use the hairdryer and the oven the electricity goes off from the whole appartement. The keys of the font door sometimes don't work and you need to call the owner to open for you. Apart from this the appartement is one of the best in the city.

Good location, quiet & clean.

It was very badly prepared. We were 4 adults but it had 2 mugs, 3 forks, 2 wine glasses etc.No adaptors for the kettle etc, missing lightbulbs, no tea towels, insufficient toilet paper. The laundry was included but the key to the locked door was hidden. We then found the washing machine full of other people’s laundry. We had to chase the owner, a manager, a cleaner for 3 hours of valuable tourism to get things fixed. it was very disappointing especially as this is a very expensive property. The owner did acknowledge how bad the situation had been & provided a small refund.

The location was amazing. The place was super nice and clean. Nice water pressure in the shower. The host was always in contact and responded quickly. Would recommend this place to anyone

Nothing everything was amazing

As advised we parked along the street behind the building and then received a bill to pay from the city traffic control…. 42 Euros. wish we could have had more information on that. The parking lot which is for free is on the other side of the river. It was new for us to leave the key in the car. Unfortunately we were in Verona on a national holiday, on which the opening hours of the parking lot were limited… we couldn’t park or pick up the car during the time period given… Maybe more details to parking helpful. We only saw “free parking”, but not expected it to be so complicated… Everything else was fine.

big, clean and perfect location
