Very nice decor, all essentials provided, stellar communication from host Veronica! Walking distance to many convenient places. Personally used ADO, OXXO, and Farmacia Similares several times, all just a block away.

Wi-Fi was slow until I reset router, then much better! The door code is a tad tricky but I got the hang of it with a little practice!

The house isolates the internet, so connection is not the best inside the house.

Well this place was incredible. It was centrally located very close to the bus station and was at the base of the Merida town, a short walk into the main square where all the action happens. The furnishings and decorations of the place made it super tranquil and relaxing and the room is nice and quiet, with a comfortable bed and hot shower. The best bit is the little outdoor area within the master bedroom. The hosts were super quick to chat to and very helpful with recommendations and the kitchen was well equipped with coffee and coke. Just loved it - the stand out accomodation of Mexico so far

Flat is very nice, has a very comfortable couch, a good fridge and good kitchen (This is one room), bedroom is separated by a door. Host gives you drinking water and 1 coke, great gift to be refreshed, there is also coffee and tea if you like to start your day with a cup. Bedroom has a good tv and bathroom is great. Location is walking distance from ADO bus station, which also has a taxi base and the bus to the airport, and I walked to the cathedral from there and to the market, but that depends on your walking tolerance, but it is super close. There is a few food spots around as well, thus location is great. Well recommended Host is very attentive and provides you will all necessary information

Depends on your time spent in the living room area/kitchen and your tolerance to noise. As the flat is located next to the street you get a lot of passing cars and buses, but for me it was not an issue. I woke up early one day, thus I was able to hear a cat from the neighbor who meows quite a lot reminding the neighbor that it is feeding time, but as Im a deep sleeper I didn't hear it the other days. Those would probably be the only potential negatives, but for me it was not a problem. Just highlighting them, to make other people aware. Another good note is that checkout is at 11, not at the usual 12, but I left at 7am, thus no issue either.

It has everything you need or could need during your stay, a fully equipped kitchen, nice comfortable bed, 2 airco systems, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The wifi is a bit slow sometimes (because it's a 3 or 4g modem wifi), but doable for normal tourism, and the street can be a bit noisy, but in the bedroom it's not really noticeable. It is negligible considering how nice the rest of the apartment is.
