Comfortable beds, very clean and tidy

Got allocated to the wrong room. But the owner was easily contactable and got the problem sorted straight away.

The location is well-connected, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, check-in was super convenient, and Chris is very welcoming, responsive, and accommodating! Overall a great place to stay for both long and short trips

Chris and Bailey were the most perfect hosts. Chris is incredibly friendly and efficient. He went above and beyond to make us feel right at home! The whole experience exceeded my expectations - I would definitely book again!

It was all alright, thank you Chris. You had it all covered, just that I had forgotten that you had sent me details ahead of travel and I was looking for the code on the day we arrived ... , never mind it all sorted out ok.

Personally I detest any kind of room sent, from plug-ins to perfumed sticks/ candles and unfortunately they were everywhere.

The owner is lovely and as a fellow dog-owner, it was so nice having pets around. I was here for a wedding so location was great for me. The room was spacious and tidy.

Unfortunately, when I booked, it stated I would have a private bathroom which wasn't the case. Also not so happy to find that the bathroom is in need of a real deep clean. I appreciate that the owners want to have nice aromas in the rooms but when I checked in, there was an overwhelming smell of sweet vanilla which I didn't really like (I'm so sorry!). It took me far too long to find where the plug-in was so I could take it out.
