Detached Homestay - Super, King & Double Rooms - Leyland, Preston, Chorley, Lancashire

I appreciate the very detailed and easy to understand instructions. The room was very clean and comfortable. Chris was very friendly and responded quickly to my messages and requests. The ability to use the bathroom and kitchen was also a big plus for us. With free wifi and Netflix on the TV, we definitely didn't get bored when we had to stay inside in bad weather. With a large closet in the bedroom, we had more than enough space to put all our things. I also appreciate the extra pillows and borrowed bath towels. We saw Bailey once and petted her, she was very calm and friendly :)

First time booking this type of accommodation and I am glad that we chose this option. Self check in - self check out. It's pretty straightforward. No trouble whatsoever. You get everything that you need for a short stay. I love that there was a quiet time from 9am.to 9pm. Very reasonably priced, clean, comfortable accommodations. Thank you very much :) Highly recommend.

Perfectly adequate for my needs as a solo traveler requiring a good value one night stop over whilst in the area. Everything was great from simple to find and access. A clean and comfortable room with everything that I needed. Shared kitchen facilities were perfectly adequate for my needs, I picked up a microwave meal. Dog friendly which was great, there is a. £15.00 surcharge. I would stay again if I was in the area.
