Spring Bungalow - A cozy getaway in downtown Hot Springs!

Loved the property!!! Cute little getaway…..

Great location! Wonderful stay for a couple with their pup. Very cute and comfortable and has everything you need for a short or long stay! We will absolutely book again. We booked very last minute to visit family in the hospital and the owner was very accommodating and kind. It was clean and ready when we got there.

It had a little bit of dog smell but that just comes with a dog friendly stay, it didn’t bother us we just noticed it. We ended up not having our dog with us but we appreciate having a great dog friendly option so close to downtown.

This vacation rental far exceeded our expectations. The host was able to accommodate an early check in so we could whip up a Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was small but mighty. Great selection of cooking utensils and also some spices and other odds and ends. There was also copious amounts of kcups and snacks for us along with extra toiletries in the bathroom. We used the laundry and there was plenty of detergent. I got a sense that the host genuinely wanted us to have a great time and that the rental was not just for making as much money as possible. Additionally the location was phenomenal. This is the closest house to bathhouse row on the north side. There was also a boutique circus that set up 1 minute walk from our place. Highly recommend going to the circus if it's there while you're in town. A++ would stay again.

Everything was great.

We loved how close to downtown we were at this location. Yes it is small but was just the right amount of room we needed for our 4 night stay. We also loved that we could bring our fur baby with us as well. The king size bed was nice. Loved the use of simple colors and everything matched. Everything you need is already in the house except for whatever food you want to cook

The shower head and all the sinks don't have alot of water pressure coming through The floors make alot of noise when you walk across them due to the floor being wood and so does the shower

The house is a great value, is a great location to downtown, and has all the comforts of home. The living room furniture is nice and comfy. The king bed is perfect!!! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. Plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware, electric pressure cooker, very nice air fryer, keurrig coffee maker (with kcups and creamer), toaster, and blender. The frig/freezer is a good size for all the groceries we brought with us. There's even ice cube trays to make ice!! There's a cute table and chairs on the front porch, and a nice group of chairs on the side. Even an area for your pup! Oh, and a leash and dog bed by the front door. All details are covered. It's a must stay when visiting Hot Springs and only a few minute walk to downtown. We'll definitely stay here again!! It's just perfect!!!!!

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like

We stayed in Spring Bungalow-A. It felt homey & very cozy. Everything we could have needed was there & then some (like a few snacks, coffee, & bathroom items you may have forgotten). The pillows on the bed were amazing!! All the appliances & the a/c worked great. It was definitely walking distance to downtown & the bath houses. I recommend using a backpack if you are going to be walking a lot & plan on shopping or carrying items with you. The location couldn't have been more perfect for us! We stayed 5 nights & the area was very peaceful & quiet the entire time. All & all I would recommend this place to stay if you are in the area. We definitely enjoyed our stay & I know we will be staying here again if it is available! One more thing, "Thank you so much, Jeannie, for responding quickly to my messages. The only thing I didn't like was the living room furniture. It was pretty but not comfortable at all. Also, it did not look like the bungalo was cleaned very well. Otherwise, it was very nice!
