Spring Bungalow - A cozy getaway in downtown Hot Springs!

Very clean and cozy. Short distance to Central. We enjoyed the outdoor grill area and the kitchen. Really liked the place!

The location was convenient to downtown. It was clean, very comfortable, well-equipped, and met my needs very well. Host was easy to work with, and I felt it was a great value.

Not a problem, but I didn't realize it was a duplex (probably my fault), and shared parking with another rental property. My only issue was the narrow driveway (I have a full-size pickup) and the parking. It was tight parking anyway, but with other vehicles in the area (a couple of which weren't thoughtful regarding the space the first night), getting my truck in and out was difficult. That's not a huge drawback; just something to be aware of.

Adorable, updated, cozy cottage steps away from downtown. The bed was like a cloud. A BBQ and outdoor seating area are available, and the kitchen had lots of spices to choose from as well as a tea kettle and a pod coffee maker. I was very comfortable there, and it is perfectly situated to downtown.

This accommodation was a perfect cozy bungalow that had the perfect amount of amenities for my cooking needs. I LOVE the location, just 5 minute walk from downtown so I need to tackle the downtown! This perfectly cozy bungalow exceeded all expectations, providing an ideal level of amenities that fully catered to my cooking needs. The thoughtful inclusion of an instapot and airfryer as well as an equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample cookware made preparing meals a genuine pleasure. What truly elevated this accommodation was its exceptional location, a mere five-minute stroll from the vibrant heart of downtown. This proximity meant I could effortlessly explore and experience all that the downtown area had to offer (bath houses, boutique shops, museums) without the hassle of navigating transportation. I absolutely loved the convenience and the ability to easily tackle the downtown scene, immersing myself in its historic attractions, diverse selection of restaurants, and overall atmosphere. The combination of the comfortable and well-appointed bungalow with its incredibly convenient location made for an unforgettable stay.

Perfect location. Great price. Gorgeous little cottage. Pet friendly, which is a must for us. Complete with a dog bed, leash, and a couple dog toys.
