Unacceptable Stay, Unsanitary Conditions and Lengthy Refund Process Overall Rating: 1/10 Cleanliness: 1/10 The apartment was unsanitary: blood and urine stains on the mattress, a fecal stain on a towel, dirty ventilation, and filthy kitchen/carpets. Completely unacceptable. Comfort: 1/10 The sofa bed was broken, making sleeping uncomfortable. The bathroom door was stuck, posing a safety hazard (risk of being trapped). No comfort at all. Value for Money: 1/10 Totally disproportionate given the apartment’s condition. The serious issues and non-compliance make it not worth any payment. Facilities: 1/10 Several advertised amenities were missing (towels, desk, iron). The apartment did not match the description on Booking.com. Staff: 1/10 The host was unreachable for over 48 hours (messages, SMS, calls). Their late message (21 September) ignored my early departure and demanded a 20 € tourist tax (incorrect, 4 € for 1 night). The host refused to refund, requiring a lengthy complaint process. Location: 6/10 The location in the old town is decent, but it does not make up for the major issues with the apartment. Comment: My stay from 17 to 18 September 2025 was a disastrous experience. Upon arrival, I found unsanitary conditions (blood/urine stains, fecal stain, dirty ventilation) and safety hazards (stuck bathroom door). The apartment did not match the listing: broken sofa bed, missing amenities. I had to leave after one night, with Booking.com’s authorization, due to these unacceptable conditions. The host, unreachable for over 48 hours, demanded an incorrect tourist tax and refused to refund. After a lengthy complaint process, Booking.com provided a refund, but the host’s behavior and the apartment’s condition are unacceptable. I strongly advise against this property.

The owner is arrogant and ignorant,he’s don’t care about his hoists,the place is dirty with broken furniture,bedding horrible,pillows very old and lumpy,would never stay again,and when I ringed the owner to complain about it he ignored my calls and messages,we was 6people,with 2 single duvets and filthy pillows. The pictures is different from property the furniture is different.

Wyposażenie nie zgadza się z tym co jest pokazane na zdjęciach. Jedno łóżko było zarwane. Całe mieszkanie jest brudne, poniszczone. Zalane materace, lepiąca się kuchnia. Przez większość pobytu nie było ciepłej wody. Lampa w kuchni nie działała. Nie było wystarczającej ilości pościeli na ilość zapowiedzianych osób. Szlaban na parking jest otwierany telefonem - nie było do niego ładowarki, potem się okazało, że potrzebny jest PIN a właściciel nigdzie go nie podał. Kiedy udało się uruchomić telefon, okazało się, że brak środków na koncie, przez co nie można było z niego korzystać. Kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo utrudniony, nie odbierał telefonu i odpisywał z dużym opóźnieniem.
