Hanoi Airport Inn & Suites

Hotel was fine for one night's stay close to the airport.

Was not in a great location as right on the highway so traffic noise was loud and constant. Room also smelt very strongly of stale cigarette smoke.

Convenient to airport , clean bed & shower nice to have after flight to hanoi

Light near bed didn't work , arrived late & had messaged to let know, room was very hot aircond didn't work , pictures dont match at all. No mini bar, 3 bottles of water that were not in fridge, hot as. so not even a cold water to drink. No tea/coffee. No fruit, , no flowers , "suite" is old & tired , not like pictures at all. Didn't stay for breakfast. .

Mr Eric is amazing and has helped me out with lots of travel bookings after my original plans changed. He is always willing to talk on WhatsApp and booked something for me whilst I was in Dong Hoi, allowing me to pay the next time I was at his hotel.

Das Zimmer war schön groß und sauber. Wir bekamen alle wichtigen Informationen und konnten einen Teil unseres Gepäcks für zwei Wochen einlagern. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt wenn man am nächsten Morgen früh zum Flughafen muss.

Kein Restaurant in der Nähe wo man mit Karte bezahlen kann - bei Abflug am nächsten Morgen hat man ja nicht mehr viel Geld dabei. Wegen frühem Abflug kein Frühstück bekommen, obwohl es bezahlt war -- hier wäre ein Frühstückspaket sinnvoll,so wie es in anderen Hotels üblich ist. Wir hatten extra wegen der Gepäckeinlagerung angefragt - es gab aber keinen Hinweis auf die recht hohe Gebühr - bei booking.com anscheinend irgendwo angegeben, aber wir haben es nicht gefunden.

The owner Mr Eric is great, helped me organise a bus to Sapa at the last minute when mine was cancelled due to a breakdown. It was clear he was also waiting up for me to check me in too. I arrived at midnight. Great location near the airport.

The bathrooms aren't the cleanest and breakfast is very basic.

The location is near to airport with excellent pick up and send to airport arrange by the host, as we just had a short stay lay over at vietnam, the room is simple and clean, and the host provide satisfactory breakfast We will definitely come again here for our family trip next time
