Appartement fonctionnel,tout près d un arrêt de bus prendre la ligne 1 pour aller au centre ville et descendre prado de san Sébastien, beaucoup de bar a tapas juste a côté de l appartement,pas loin également de la gare santa justa, l'application qu utilisé le propriétaire de l appartement est super, tout est bien indiqué pour l ouverture de l appartement

Juste la chasse d eau qui se remplit doucement mais cela va être vite réparé

La localización estaba bien, el aire acondicionado de lujo para el calor que justamente había y todos los aparatos y electrodomésticos funcionaban bien.

El suelo estaba sucio al llegar y en el baño caen hilos de polvo que vienen del falso techo, además de siempre tener moscas a pesar de estar limpio. Hay ruido a todas horas y entra por las ventanas mucho olor a pozo.

Las camas cómodas y todo muy nuevo

La cisterna tardaba mucho en llenar (20 min). Llamamos para decirlo y que la arreglaran y nos dijeron que eso era normal, que no pasaba nada. No creo que se deba de alquilar una casa para 5 personas con ese fallo
