Luxury CBD 2 Bed Near Riverside Market Free Parking!

We loved this apartment and found no issues at all with the parking even though it was a very busy weekend in central Christchurch The location was perfect for us - close to the central city and great restaurants. Bessies over the road was a highlight I can understand the comments re the stairs if you were not a very mobile person but it was no problem for us and of course just usual for an inner city apartment. I would not hesitate to recommend this for anyone looking for a lovely place to stay. Comfy beds and great bathroom and an extremely well equipped kitchen if you did want to cook

Super clean apartment and good location.

Parking facility n getting to the apartment a bit confused . Prefer to show exact more photos of the carpark and also the property itself . The carpark is a few minutes walk behind the apartment it took us a few turns around to get to both the carpark and the apartment.

Clean and in a very central CBD location. Parking included. Great washer dryer. Beds comfy. Smart TV, Internet.

Lots of steep stairs to the apartment, and again to bedrooms. Sofa really uncomfortable, needs replacing. No draining board or dishwasher so when you wash dishes, water gets everywhere. Instructions for parking confusing as 2 Parkmate car parks nearby, DO NOT PARK IN THE NEARER ONE. You have to walk half a block and cross the road to get to the parking. This is purely a rental home with basic cheap kit supplied.

Mooie, grote woning. Heel netjes, hygienisch. Dat maakte het ook erg comfortabel. Eigenaar was goed bereikbaar. Locatie ook top.

Kussens waren een beetje hoog. Dat is opzich een persoonlijke voorkeur, maar de meeste plekken hebben een lage en hoge kussen. En we hadden wat moeite met het slot.

The noise at night time. We couldn't sleep. Wouldn't be a great place to stay if you have young kids

A very clean, apartment with a great kitchen. It is close to shops, cafes and the river. It felt secure to stay in

There are two flights of steep stairs: one to the kitchen/living area and a second up to the bedroom. We found this difficult with heavy suitcases. The couch is uncomfortable and a strange dining area with a table is away from the kitchen.
