Luxury CBD 2 Bed Near Riverside Market Free Parking!

The location was great. A few minutes walk to the Riverside Market and the river. The house was clean and modern.

If you want problems with parking then this is your place. It's advertised in the headline as FREE PARKING. Kind of is. Kind of isn't. Firstly the instructions for finding the parking weren't clear. Spent ages trying to find the Wilsons park at 606 Colombo Street. Drove around the block three times. Hot, had been a 5 hour drive. Finally called and discovered it's actually called Park Mate and the entrance is on a different street. It's a public space. Came to park one afternoon and there were no free spots. Was told to park on the road. 90 minutes. Set the alarm to go move the car. So nope, I wouldn't call this free parking at all. Same trying to find the entrance. A shop keeper helped us and told us people get lost all the time. Why not a little map or something?

The location was great. Was lovely and clean.

Noisy on Friday and Saturday night from the music in the nightclub across the street.

We loved the location, walking distance to city center. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. I recommend and we'd definitely stay again.

Not much we didn't like! But maybe add a mirror in each bedroom so roommates can continue to get ready while others in the bathroom. Such a small thing....but it would be a nice touch.

Great location, nice and close to cbd. Clean and tidy.

Carparking was abit confusing but once sorted was great. Beds were comfortable, but do not recommend the couch for sleeping, not suitable at all to use as a extra bed for guests.

The location was fantastic, a short walk into the center of Christchurch CBD. Great communication to gain access to the apartment.

The couch in the lounge room is not good. you can feel the bar or wood supports coming through and some areas of the couch couldn't be used.
