Urbanite Premier Suite - Horizon Ipoh by Grab A Stay

We were here for the marathon run near the stadium and this place was great. It has strategically placed floor mats (very important for us, so our feet and the floor is kept clean), good water pressure for the shower, good towels, water filter for drinking, basic kitchen appliances and tools, and comfortable beds.

The main door stopper needs adjustment cos the closing sounded too loud and disturbing; only one set of access card and key so must plan access among friends; just one bathroom. Maybe provide more spare pillows, perhaps?

The bed and pillow is super comfy.

Check out time at 11am is too early. If can make it at 12pm then it's great.

First enter the house feel cozy, clean and satisfied, the bed and pillow selesa. the lift function every time and quick function.

The host so rigid about the time check in, dont have tolerancy/ lebih kurang on check in time even though setengah jam nak check in. for me did not have friendly communication. I hate the most on the toilet, flush kena tekan byk kali baru function. Air cond 2nd room bunyi bising. Ada tv not function with netflix

Het was een prima appartement! Keurig netjes. En het zwembad was helemaal top! Om de hoek genoeg tentjes om te eten of te drinken. Met de grab ben je zo overal waar je maar wilt zijn.

Er viel ons niets tegen.

Bed was quite firm, pillows not so good, overall for this price, couldn't expect much

Sofa not good, toilet no shower curtain , whole toilet wet when shower

The appartment is really good and comfortable in a nice neighbourhood with many eateries and shops. We loved the infinity pool. The beds are also great, especially the big one.

There could have been more cutlery, plates and pots (just one huge knife, two plates), which is not enough for four people.
