Too strict on check in time, lack of facilities such as shoe rack, kitchen rugs, limited hanger etc Very basic facilities Just 1 bathroom for 2 rooms

It was a great stay. I wish i could stay longer. Staff gave us clear instruction. The house was super clean, beautiful, comfortable, cozy (you name it!). All electrical appliances working fine. If i ever come to Ipoh, i would definitely book here again

I wish they can put some home fragrant. I wish they allow rental to stay until 12pm.

Swimming pool on roof top with nice view. Good and quiet palace for holidays trip. Going to town area quite near and easy to enjoy F & B.

Insufficient Cleanliness floor with hairs ,shower floor trap flow is very slow and flooded . Lobby area and corridor nobody clean. All this can be improve to standard.
