Urbanite Premier Suite - Horizon Ipoh by Grab A Stay

The check in was easy. The communication was clear and quick! There is a nice view outside. The house is comfy and small which were just nice.

*THIS IS NOT A COMMENT ON THE UNIT BUT THE WHOLE BUIDLING* Just for users information: - The parking space was quite small. It was difficult for cars like Serena to go down/up the parking floors. - Be careful when u go out from the lif lobby, because there is a small drop as u open the door. They didn't put a bigger sign or a ramp.

The location is fantastic and as far as the apartment, no complaints whatsoever - it’s cozy, comfortable and tastefully furnished.

The corridors are dirty, as were the elevators. Possibly guests using the swimming pool came onto the elevators wet so they leave water on the floor, and when others step on the water, black marks and dirt stains the floor. The refuse chamber was not emptied daily, and strong smell of garbage emanates from the garbage room. Didn’t use the pool or gym so no idea how these were.

Very modern spotless Apartment. Fully equipped it even has a water filter. Beds extremely comfortable, lovely fresh sheets and white towels. Massive tv. Very well equipped, iron and ironing board. Single allocated parking space, car park quite tight. Fabulous rooftop infinity pool, jacuzzi, little park area for kids. Everything brand new! Great location 10 min walk to the centre of Ipoh. Plenty of shops/restaurants 2 minutes away. Simple check-in keys easy to collect from the postbox. Can highly recommend this Apartment.
