Cozy 2 Beds Brentwood Flat

Its location was very good for Brentwood Church, there is a pub next door open till late

bath tap not working, shower tap brocken, bedroom walls need attention, there is a pub next door with garden and drinkers until 1.30am

Was nice cosy flat with all the basics you would expect and is a short 2mins walk to the town high street shops. Was also easy to find.

Good communication with owner

The flat smelt very musty although it was cleanish. The bath mat was disgusting. The beds were well sprung, you could feel every one of them! Next to a very, very, noisy pub.

Preperty was very clean and smart. Nice and quiet area

The property was as described and suitable for our needs

The lack of parking really let this place down. Although there was allocated street parking for visitors, it was on a very narrow one way road and the parking space was extremely small.

After my panic reaction of having our original accommodation cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.martin had arranged alternative accomodation at no extra fee ..thank you.all in all it turned out fine

The sofa bed could do with a better mattress..other than that it was good

Heating working only in 1 bedroom and bathroom. We had to sleep in one bed altogether with kids because it was very cold in another bedroom and room. My childre got cold next day.

There was no parking big enough for anything bigger than a fiesta! This wasn’t stated! The front door wouldn’t lock from the inside at all! The place stunk of cigarettes! We actually didn’t stay in the property, moved to a holiday inn! And was not issued with a refund! Beware of this property!!! Shocking
