Close to local restaurants and shops. Good location. Quiet street

There was a nail poking up in the hall way, caught my foot on it. States sofa bed when there is not a sofa bed. All pillows and cushions had stains on them. Broken stepping stone at front door, can fall backwards off it. I also was not sent check-in information and had to call owner that claimed I got sent it.
