Sweet Lavender Hotel - Ngay chợ đêm Đà Lạt

The fact that the room was broken. The door couldn't shut. We found out after spending the day strolling through Dalat. Came back and found the door not locked. After multiple attempts we contacted the staff to ask what to do. The only thing they could do was getting it fixed the next day but no guarantee and because there where no more rooms available they couldn't cancel the booking and we had to pay for the room... We fixed an new hotel not far away from them had to arrange our own cab and pay for it. No service on there part what so ever. First and only time in Vietnam where service wasn't important even though clearly they understood that the sold us something that was broken. There was no room or effort on there part to solve the issue.

Everything especially helpfulness of staff

The gorgeous staff at this hotel qent above and beyond for us. Booking outgoing travel plans, organising and helping us with forward booking activities, and just generally lovely people. Well done Sweet Lavender. We will come and stay with you again! The balcony suites are great at night!

I was working remotely and the wifi was great for that. The room was decent and the staff were nice.

the room is clean & comfortable. the location is good.

it is near the central area so it was noisy at night. I was unable to use the fridge.

As a solo female traveler, i felt safe walking to town and night Market from this hotel.

It was pretty noisy. Outside was really busy and at an intersection and the other residents were easily heard. The mattress was hard even by Vietnamese standards, I do usually like a firm mattress. The beds up a step. The shower had no shelf for my toiletries. The fridge wasn't working.
