Really noisy No climatisation and too noisy to open windows Hard bed No essence in the motorbike Nobody at the reception at 10:00 (for rent a motorbike so we ask to the pharmacy to call the receptionist) and 6:00am for the check out (need to call by phone and we are locked in the hotel)

Really nice facilties, comfy beds, clean, big room with lots of windows. Great location.

The roof water tanks are broke resulting in a banging noise all day/night. Reception did offer to move us however we were settled. Request a room on a low floor would probably avoid this.

No idea whether I just happened to get the worst room or whether the reviews for the hotel are outdated, but the score of 8.6 (& 4.6 on Google) was way too high from my experience. I did book the standard double room, which is the cheapest option, but I'd still expect some baseline for any hotel, especially with a higher rating. - The room had a lot of mold in one corner on the roof. This led to the room smelling moldy, which was very unpleasant (and actually gave me a bit of a headache). - The reason is possibly because the room had no window. - I first thought that it's quiet, but in the night there was this weird regular machine humming. Every 10 seconds the humming went for 3 seconds. I sleep with earplugs, but that noise was just too dominant and bass-heavy. Noise cancelling airpods saved my night... - The water pressure was really bad, barely enough to have a proper shower. As I decided to stay a bit longer in the city (2 more nights), I switched my hotel to one that was slightly cheaper, less central but overall a lot better...

Huge thank you to the lovely man (whose name I’ve lost) that works at the reception! Making sure everything was great for our stay and for our visit to Dalat. Location is fantastic if you enjoy being in there heart of things! On a busy street so it is noisy, but we slept great!& Rooms are newly renovated and spotless!

Lovely room (we recommend to book VIP room), lots of amenities, we really love it! The receptionist who was there during our stay and 1.1. for our check out was absolutely professional and nice, speaks great English. Thank you, we really enjoyed!

For someone could be noisy as is located in city center, but we don’t mind
