Everything was just as expected, very happy with how quiet the place was, nice beds, tv easy to use, great to use a door code and great value for money with a group of 5.

Yard needs a bit of a mow and tidy up, but we were out and about so didn't mind.

We were able to store our mountain bikes securely in the sun room.

Shower pressure a little less than we are used to but was hot.

房间很大，是一个很大的独栋，有很大的草坪可以停车。客厅很大可以让孩子玩耍。房间很暖和，晚上一点都不冷。地理位置很好，去坐缆车非常近。周边很近就有超市。餐具非常齐全。

蚂蚁和浴室水温的最大的问题。入住的第二天一早，非常多的蚂蚁出现在客厅和厨房、洗衣房。在洗衣房的地上门缝里有源源不断的蚂蚁在爬进屋里。导致我们不敢把任何食物和宝宝的物品放在桌子上。浴室的水温问题是第二个大问题，总是调不到合适的水温，要么非常烫要么冷了。

I didn’t like there were no plugs to have a bath in the tub. The water was very low in pressure to have a decent shower. The steps are quite high for people that are disabled or frail to get on.

What a great house! Everything our family needed for a short break in Rotorua. Warm, comfortable house with well equipped kitchen in a quiet area.

Spacious. Quiet. Got everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. The owner is super friendly and reliable.

The water mixer in the shower is a little bit faulty, but it is not crucial.
