The place is perfect for what you need in Rotorua. You can't ask for much more since you will be most of the time outside doing stuff.

The shower is hard to get to the right temperature. This is the only thing I'd fix. Either too hot or too cold until you wait a long time wasting water and reaching your desired temp.

The dishwasher was out of commission however the owner was very quick to respond to get it fixed

I had a lovely and pleasant stay at this house, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable experience. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to assist with any questions or needs we had. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with good-quality linens that made the beds super comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a huge convenience. One of the highlights was the spacious parking on the grass, which easily accommodated my friend’s large campervan when they joined us for the night. This feature was perfect for anyone traveling with a big vehicle. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely book again in the future!
