Good location

Having checked in at 5pm we got into the room which was fine. We went out for a meal and a few drinks, on returning to the room at about midnight we found a pool of water in the room, looking above it was coming from the ceiling running down the walls by the light switch, I went down to inform reception about the problem to be told nothing can be done till morning. Basically it was a death trap and the hotel didn’t care.
