Kingz and Queenz - Negombo

Located next to Railway track and it was distracting at times.Over priced for the property

We really enjoyed our first days in Sri Lanka at this place. Lovely host Jason gave us a warm welcome, recommendations for food and transport and had some interesting stories to share. Our top favorite Sri Lankan driver Dilan picked us up at the airport and showed us Negombo and the lagoon – very kind and helpful. Thank you both, you made our start nice and easy! Excellent value for money.

Jason the owner was amazing, the room was large and clean. The pool was lovely to cool off in. Not far from the beach maybe 20 min walk.

Lovely owner, great location, lovely pool, and just a lovely, nice and relaxed place to stay.

Where to start...from the moment Jason's friend picked me up in his tuk tuk, I felt so welcome at Kingz and Queenz. Jason is a great host; kind, friendly and caring. I had a gorgeous room: huge bed, aircon, fan, storage, tastefully decorated. The villa is stunning, set around a fabulous swimming pool, great to have a cooling swim when it's hot. Jason provides a free breakfast of tea/coffee and toast , served in the lovely garden by the pool.. I also went with Jason and Duke, his beautiful rescued dog, for a walk to the beach. Also 3 adorable kittens rescued by Jason.Local shops and cafés a few minute's walk. Jason's tuk tuk driver will take guests on short trips and longer excursions too. It's very safe for solo travellers too; excellent security. I didn't want to leave!

Nothing at all, loved it. I'd have stayed longer if possible. Coming back soon.

Jason was a fabulous host and made sure I felt at home immediately. He also helped with local food suggestions.

If I could choose 100 points, Jason definitely will deserve them. 1. I extended my stay because I felt so welcome and loved. The rooms are suuuuuuper clean. The area is fantastic to start your journey in Sri lanka. It's quiet and not crowded at all but still super central to airport, bus, center and beach. (Walking 10 minutes) 2. I came back 2 times. I don't need to say anything else. >> coffee or tea & toast in the morning is served by Jason for free. What a nice service. If you don't come here, you'll miss an experience for sure. AND : he can arrange a TUKTUK from the airport what's a super service after a long flight. Thanks to him (driver) he is also local and knows a lot, if you need help. #support locals. We felt very welcome at the accommodation. Everything was clean and the pool was nice. The host and his mother are very nice people.

Amazing ! This was the last accommodation before we flew away and we were greeted and taken care of with heartwarming kindness and honest hospitality. We could prepare for our journey while enjoying cool plunge, laughing with hosts and watching sweet animals. This is true hidden gem in Negombo - cozy, clean and comfy room, beautiful garden with pool and amazing hosts that made our stay chill and relaxing. We are glad we got to stay here and will come back as this accommodation is perfect to stay for longer. Thank you for having us !
