Everything was magic. All explained perfectly prior to arrival and had no need to make contact with owner. All very efficient! Cosy modern cottage, well fitted out. Plentiful cooking utensils etc

Very nice, modern town house in a suitable new housing location. Nice to come back to after a day out sightseeing. Very good correspondence with owner.

The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the items left for breakfast were a nice touch. Parking was easy.

Peak View for four of us provided a relaxing bolt note from our lives in the big city. The facilities are top-class, from superb bedding to the small welcoming necessities. Without hesitation, we would recommend Peak View - Modern Cottage to anyone visiting the area - Top Class !

There are no words to describe the positive experience in booking a holiday at this property. This is a whole house, with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a complete living room, and a kitchen and dining room. It is a home away from home, where one can relax after a day exploring the peak district. Just 10 minutes drive to Buxton, the property is centrally located to cover the peak district easily. The property is clean and brand new, and the hosts provided all the necessary information for a very easy check-in and check out. This property is highly recommended.

The location was beautiful, very comfortable, well equipped and having two bathroom and downstairs loo was marvelous.

The quilt was too thick and heavy for summer. (Very minor niggle )

Nice modern build with enormous potential. We enjoyed watching the cows on the hill.

Lack of attention to detail. No local guides provided, ie pubs, buses, etc. No instructions how any of the appliances work. Kitchen not well equipped, No TEA TOWEL despite previous people mentioning it, most things needed washing before use, some items chipped. Garden very weeded, windows dirty. Didn't feel like a holiday home.

Quiet, spacious, clean and relaxing. Comfortable bed and ample room for a family stay. Had everything we needed as a base for a bit of Peak District tourism. Near to everything if you’re happy driving. Would without doubt recommend. Friendly host. Welcome pack was a real surprise and lovely touch. Thank you we will return.

Could do with new frying pans. We didn’t use them but thought they were due to be replaced so as to not let the whole experience down. Can’t fault facilities as there was more than I expected so this isn’t a complaint.
