Aucune attention particulière dans la chambre ( pas de petite bouteille d’eau, pas de café ni thé) Également dans la salle de bain pas de mini kit (savon,Cotton)… Pour un hôtel 4 étoile cela m’a déçu
AC did not work. The hotel staff were aware but made no effort to resolve the issue despite being quite warm. Also room cleaning not done despite requesting. New hotel with good location but service needs resolving.

The hotel is 10 min drive from Disneyland Paris. Everything is new and very clean. They clean the rooms and bathrooms every day. They have everything you need, from towels, soap, hairdryer, TV, and the room temperature can be changed as you prefer. They have a restaurant and a bar, where you can order to eat or drink up to 10pm. Breakfast very rich, for everyone's taste. We were very happy with everything, and we strongly recommend their service. Thank you very much for everything!
