Charming 3-bedroom house in Wilmington with WiFi, AC

Location was great! When we arrived for check in the house had not been cleaned from the prior guests. Contacted Brian who stated he would contact his cleaning service. Cleaning service showed up and we had to leave for an hour and a half for her to clean. She asked us what we wanted cleaned. Upon returning she had left the towels in the dryer. TV remote died during our stay. Other than those complaints we enjoyed our stay.

Brian stated he was going to credit some of our money when we checked in and the property was not clean, then never mentioned it again.

Nice location, comfortable beds, pet friendly with a nice back yard, nice front porch to hang out on. The host was friendly, easy to work with, and flexible with check in.

Beds were small, smelled a little smokey.

The location was decent to downtown. The inside of the house was clean. Overall, we didn't spend much time hanging out at the house so it worked for our needs but it lacked a certain coziness of a furnished rental home. The wine and nuts were a lovely touch.

Unfortunately, the home is lacking in some areas. The kitchen is poorly furnished with cookware. The beds only have sheets and a thin throw blanket. We had to use blankets from other beds. The backyard is not fenced like the pictures make you think. This was disappointing because we brought our dogs. The backyard was littered with construction debris and trash. It was messy and potentially hazardous as we found a rusty lawn mower blade.

The entire accommodation was perfect, from the host's instructions to the house itself. Everything was clean. In a great location, there are restaurants, lots to have fun, and the beach is just minutes away. I had a great time. I definitely recommend this super clean house. I feel right at home.

Served our needs perfectly! Host was communicative and helpful. Beds were super soft and comfortable. Check in was easy amd straightforward. Plenty of space inside and out and space for parking. Centrally located for everything we had planned to do.

It is in a good location- we felt safe. It was pet friendly and we travel with our pets.

The property was fenced in for pets- but with an opening so pets cannot be left unattended.

The place was clean and comfortable and its location was close to everything you may need. Having the yard was great too.

I wasn't too pleased that the heat didn't work no matter what you did to the thermostat. Also the yard wasn't closed off the gate door was missing. Last the fact that there was a hidden doorbell camera watching every move you make in the living room area.
